Look how fabulous this meal is! It may look complex, but pretty much the meal cooks all together for itself!
What you will be needing:
- Chicken meat (I used legs and thighs)
- White Onion
- Bell pepper
- Red Bell Pepper
- 1 small tomato
- Red Wine ( I believe I used a Merlot)
- Sea Salt
- 3 garlic cloves
- Garlic Powder
- Pinch of cayenne
First, you want to mince the garlic and add it into a hot skillet with olive oil.
Next, you want add your chicken and sauté it cooking it evenly on all sides.
Lastly, add in your veggies and mix everything together. Stir the meal around, and then add in a generous portion of wine.
Finally, cover the chicken and veggies and palace into the oven at 350 degrees.
Let it stay inside the oven until the chicken is cooked all the way through and there you have it!
